I finally finished my first Socka - Pal - 2 - Za sock.
It's a knee sock! It's bigger than my dog!
It was fun to make. I'm so glad that I don't have to make another one! Luckily my Sock Pal said that I can do whatever I want, so I'm taking that pretty literally and making socks that don't match (she said that was ok too). This way, I really won't get Second Sock Syndrome, not that I've ever had that problem before.
Here's a better representation of the color in the socks. The varieagated yarn is DK Superwash Merino from Mystical Creations Yarn in the Hummingbird colorway. The solid color stripes are a mixture of Debbie Bliss yarns (Cotton Cashmere, Cashmernino dk and something else, I forget).
The yellow still isn't photographing correctly. It's really more of a chartreuse than anything else. Not anywhere near as golden as in these pictures.

how did you get Ada to pose like that?

Very cool sock!!! Almost overshadowed by Ada's cuteness in that pose though.
By the way, where are the pictures and descriptions of stash enhancement that you promised? ;-)

Very cute, but like Heather, I am distracted by the cuteness of Ada!

Those are so incredible. Thank goodness your sock pal gave you the freedom to do something so cool...well-placed trust! The pug wins cute points too (I have a pug myself).
