Pattern: Children's Poncho #243 from Knitting Pure & Simple
Yarn Used: Plymouth Encore (colors 9408,180 and 1606), Crystal Palace Waikiki color 3005 for edging
Needle Size: Addi's size US 8
Started/Finished : Friday May 27th/Wednesday June 1st 2005
Well, I'm very pleased with the results of this poncho. I like the colors together and the edging softens up the stripe pattern better than fringe would have I think. I was dumb and cast off before I knit 4 rows of garter stitch so someone else suggested single crochet and that worked really well. Super easy and quick to knit too.
